Company Darta Nepal publishes insights, guides and service information to help local founders, foreign investors and established businesses understand registration and compliance processes in Nepal. This policy explains how we create and maintain that information.
1. Our editorial standard
We aim for content that is accurate, useful, current, clearly written and honest about uncertainty. We distinguish general information from advice for a particular client. Published website content does not replace an assessment of a reader’s specific facts, documents, proposed activity or regulatory position.
2. Who may create content?
Insights and guides are assigned to identified members of the Company Darta Nepal team. Public bylines link to the relevant team profile so readers can see the author’s role, experience and professional information. Authors may include advocates, legal analysts and researchers with relevant subject knowledge.
Service pages are company work product rather than personal articles. They may not display an individual byline, but they remain subject to internal research and review.
3. Sources and verification
We prioritize primary and official sources, including legislation, regulations, government notices, official forms and publications from bodies such as the Office of the Company Registrar, Inland Revenue Department, Department of Industry, Nepal Rastra Bank, Department of Immigration and other competent authorities.
We may use reliable secondary or specialist sources to understand practice, context or an emerging issue. Material claims should be checked against an authoritative source where one is available. When a statement depends on professional experience, unofficial practice or a source that cannot be linked publicly, the content should make that limitation clear. Readers may request information about the source supporting a claim by contacting us.
4. Review before publication
All substantive insights and guides require human review before publication. A reviewer checks the legal or procedural claims, source quality, clarity, important limitations and whether the content may mislead a reader. Where a named reviewer is displayed, that person reviewed the published version represented by the review date.
Authors and reviewers perform different functions. The author prepares the article; the reviewer independently checks its substantive content. A reviewer’s name is not added merely to create a trust signal.
5. Use of artificial intelligence
Our team may use artificial-intelligence tools to accelerate research, locate possible sources, organize questions or compare information. We do not treat an AI response as an authority. Humans select the sources, write or substantively control the draft, verify factual and legal claims, review the final text and decide whether it is ready to publish. Confidential client documents should not be entered into public AI tools unless an approved, appropriately protected workflow permits it.
6. Updating content
Our content team monitors relevant government and legal developments each week. This does not mean every page changes weekly; it means potentially relevant updates are reviewed and affected content is identified. Important pages and articles are revised when a law, fee, form, authority, process or material practice changes.
Published and updated dates are intended to help readers judge recency. A substantive update should change the displayed updated date. Content that cannot yet be verified may be qualified, temporarily removed or left unpublished.
7. Commercial interests and independence
Company Darta Nepal provides paid professional services related to many topics discussed on this website. Content may explain a service we offer and may link to a consultation or service page. That commercial interest must not change the underlying legal or procedural facts.
Paid, sponsored, affiliate or otherwise materially connected content will be disclosed clearly within the relevant content. We do not accept payment in exchange for presenting an unsupported claim as independent editorial judgment.
8. Corrections and feedback
