Reviewer & Team Policy

Reviewed date: 24 August 2026

This policy explains who may be identified as an author or reviewer on Company Darta Nepal content and what those labels mean.

1. Public team profiles

Our team directory introduces the people publicly associated with our work. Profiles may state a person’s primary role, additional professional roles, areas of expertise, qualifications, experience, professional memberships and independently maintained profile links. We publish credentials only when the person has provided or approved them and we have a reasonable basis to present them.

A profile describes the person’s role and experience; it is not a promise that the person will personally handle every matter. Where a person is external counsel, a former team member or no longer working for the company, the profile and structured data should not imply current employment.

2. Authors

The named author is the person responsible for preparing and substantively shaping an insight or guide. Authors are selected according to subject knowledge and may include advocates, legal analysts and researchers. An author must use appropriate sources, distinguish established rules from practical observations, identify important uncertainty and respond to review comments before publication.

3. Reviewers

A reviewer independently checks the substantive version presented for publication. Review may include:

  • checking legal and procedural claims against current authoritative sources;
  • checking whether important qualifications, exceptions or risks are missing;
  • reviewing the practical accuracy of filing steps and authority names;
  • challenging unsupported certainty, guarantees or promotional exaggeration; and
  • confirming that the content is understandable without becoming misleading.

Reviewers are normally advocates, legal analysts or experienced specialists with relevant research and professional experience. A person is not named as reviewer merely because they are senior or appear on the team page.

4. What the review date means

“Reviewed by” and its associated date mean that the named person reviewed the substantive article version current on that date. If an article is materially changed afterward, the review should be renewed before the reviewer and review date are represented as current. Minor typographical or formatting fixes do not normally invalidate a review.

5. Service pages

Service pages describe work offered by Company Darta Nepal and are presented as company work product rather than personal articles. They may not display an individual author or reviewer. The content team monitors relevant official developments weekly and sends affected service information for appropriate internal review when laws, forms, fees, authorities or procedures change.

6. Independence and conflicts

Authors and reviewers should disclose a financial, personal or professional interest that could reasonably affect their judgment. The content lead may assign another reviewer, add a clear disclosure or decline publication. A person must not approve a claim about their own credentials or create a false review attribution.

7. Artificial intelligence

AI tools may help locate possible sources or organize research, but they do not qualify as authors, reviewers or authorities. The named humans remain responsible for checking sources, controlling the wording and approving publication. See our Editorial Policy for the complete standard.

8. Former team members and attribution

Genuine historical authorship or review is not erased merely because a person later leaves the company. Where technically and factually appropriate, a profile may remain available to preserve an accurate publication record while clearly indicating that the person is a former contributor. Structured data must not state that a former or external contributor currently works for Company Darta Nepal unless that is true.

9. Questions or concerns

To question a credential, authorship or review attribution, email [email protected] with the relevant page and supporting information. Corrections are handled under our Corrections & Updates Policy.
